We really enjoyed exchanging ideas in this pleasant atmosphere. It’s great to see how the women stick together and put what they have learnt into practice.

Synergies and added value are important to us, so the girls in Pokhara were able to earn money by sewing the hair bands, which are now being distributed to the women in the villages. 30 warm jackets were handed over for the girls in Pokhara.

We are delighted about the synergy between the projects and would like to thank the sponsors for their many years of support.

    Many thanks …

… to the great team in Nepal and the good time we had with the women and girls we were able to work with.

It wasn’t easy this year, especially due to the difficult road conditions; it took us over 22 hours to cover the 300 kilometres to the village.

… after the visits with the team to all the villages, there was another party with a vegetable presentation and seed exchange
… the direct route was officially closed, but that didn’t stop us
… the road on the slope behind us no longer exists – a ramp took us into the riverbed
… then out of the valley back onto the road

… it’s more relaxing to process the receipts back in Kathmandu
