Shaping the future creatively ..

.. was the theme of the workshop in which Peter Hofer is training a total of nine trainers from four organisations. The entire training programme lasts one year and has a strong practical focus. In future, this will enable many young people to be supported in finding their way after leaving compulsory education.

Many thanks to the Schöck Family Foundation for its fantastic support for this joint initiative.

.. After five days, the young people and future trainers were highly motivated
.. Worksheets were used to encourage individual reflection
.. the young people particularly enjoyed the physical exercises
.. these experiences are intended to help the young people find their own way
.. after working with the young people, we worked with the future coaches
.. understanding the rationale behind the exercises is important for the future coaches so that they can work in this way themselves later on
