… of the cooperative, the members of the boards received further intensive training in accounting and management. All four villages sent their managers to Kathmandu. Based on their own documents, they were able to work on how to prepare the books, especially for the audit. For the women, this is very unfamiliar work, which they have already been practising over the past few years with support. By the end of the year, they should be able to do this all by themselves.
