• The girls…

… are strengthened through joint activities. It is important to strengthen their self-esteem and self-confidence in order to protect them from assault. They have a lot of fun identifying their strengths and can talk about sensitive issues. Many thanks to our patrons who make this empowerment possible.

  • In front of the curtain …

… we would like to call on our farm supervisor Jaya Laxmi Magar 🙂 today. Since she has been running the farm, we can see what has already been learned and what is possible. The pre-breeding in the greenhouse has worked out great and already in June she can proudly sell the harvest. External customers still have little chance, the vegetables go to friends of the farm who are only too happy to buy them. We thank Jaya Laxmi Magar for her great work. Many thanks also to all those who have supported the establishment of the model farm in Chyangsar over the past years and ensure its ongoing operation.…

  • Fun in the garden …

… has many functions for the girls in the children’s home. They enjoy it very much and it is also good for them to grow their own vegetables. There is something healing and relaxing about gardening, and it can also be fun 🙂 . Knowing what is on the table we have produced ourselves makes them and us proud. Many thanks to our patrons, some of whom have been supporting the girls for many years.

  • Insects …

… as beneficial insects or pests are also part of the Farmers Field School. The women exchange their experiences, learn interesting facts about them and finally “experimental plants” with the insects in the “net” are also planted for study purposes. We are already very curious to see what can be observed here. Many thanks to the Schöck Family Foundation for making this form of learning possible for the women.
