… is being built above the model farm in Ghunsa. The cooperative has bought another piece of land here, where there is a large greenhouse and outdoor space. Here, local rootstocks are grown from seeds, which can then also be grafted and sold. We are already very curious to see whether a sustainable contribution to income generation and food diversity will succeed here as well.
