They are very excited to distribute the food dried with the solar dryer. Any organically certified, locally grown produce can be processed, such as radishes, mustard spinach, cauliflower and many more. This solar dryer could be a great source of income for the women in Ghunsa. But also the cooperatives in Chyangsar, Merangding and Kunikhop could benefit a lot.
